本装置は、顔料、添加剤、マスターバッチなどのポリマーの分散特性を押出および濾過により試験するのに適しています。

アプリケーション
試験材料はまず単軸押出機で溶融・均質化され、フィルターを通して溶融ポンプで金型に搬送されます。装置はリアルタイムで測定し、ろ過前の溶融圧力変化曲線を記録し、マスターバッチやその他の充填材料の分散特性を特徴付けるために、ろ過圧力値を自動的に分析・計算します。試験結果は自動的に出力され、インターフェースは直感的で、データは正確です。

- コンピュータ・ヒューマン・マシン・インターフェース制御方式を採用し、作業状況制御、データ収集、計算処理、データ出力、データ保存などのプロジェクトを実行します；
- 欧州EN13900-5:2005試験規格に準拠した設計；
- 試験結果データはPDF文書としてエクスポートでき、プリンターに接続して実験データレポートを印刷できる；
