製品の特徴
- 50 x 20 x 1 mm (= 1 cm3) のチャンバーには、1 ml を 1000 μl に細分する 1 mm メッシュの目盛りが付いています。
- カバースリップが付属して納品されます。 60×30×1mm
- 格子は多くのアプリケーション、特に APHA メソッドや大型プランクトン種を分析する場合には必要ありません。
- 従来の顕微鏡や倒立顕微鏡での使用に適しています。・目元マイクロメーターと組み合わせて使用できます。
予防
- バイオマスが大きすぎる場合は、まずサンプルを希釈し、次に固定液 (ホルムアルデヒドまたはルゴールヨウ素溶液) を加えてから、サンプリングと計数を実行します。
- カバーガラスの下に気泡があります。小さなカバーガラスを購入して計数エリアに置くか、気泡をスキップして計数しないでください。
- 計数フレームの計数領域を損傷しないように、目の粗い布やブラシなどの硬いもので強く拭かないでください。
- 毛羽立ちのある柔らかい布で拭かないでください。透明度が高いので、ベタついた毛が目立ちやすいです。ミラークロスなどの柔らかい布で乾拭きしてください。
- 計数ボックスを使用した後は、きれいな水ですすぎ、クリーニングクロスで表面を乾燥させ、保管のために保管箱に入れてください。
- 有機溶剤やアルコールなどに直接浸さないでください。
