プランクトン計数チャンバー
プランクトン計数チャンバーは、1mlの水やその他の透明な液体中の粒子や微生物を定量化するための理想的なツールです。特に大量の動物プランクトンに対応できるように設計されており、精密機械加工された溝と研磨された底面を備えたプレキシガラスブロックが特徴で、優れた透明度を保証します。これらのチャンバーはコンパクトなサイズなので、実体顕微鏡で簡単に使用できます。

製品の特徴
- 50 x 20 x 1 mm (= 1 cm3) のチャンバーは、1 mm のメッシュで目盛りが付けられており、1 ml を 1000 μl に細分化します。
- 約 60 x 30 x 1 mm のカバーガラスが付属しています。
- 格子は、特に APHA 法や大型プランクトン種の分析の場合など、多くの用途で必要ありません。
- 従来の顕微鏡や倒立顕微鏡での使用に適しています。接眼ミクロメーターとの併用も可能です。
注意事項
- バイオマスが多すぎる場合は、まずサンプルを希釈し、固定液（ホルムアルデヒドまたはルゴール液）を加えてから、サンプリングと計数を行ってください。
- カバーガラスの下に気泡がある場合は、小さなカバーガラスを購入して計数領域に置くか、気泡を避けて計数してください。
- 計数領域を傷つけないように、ブラシなどの硬いもので強くこすらないでください。
- けばのある柔らかい布で拭かないでください。透明度が高いため、付着した毛が見えやすくなります。鏡用クロスのような柔らかい布で乾かしてください。
- 計数ボックスを使用した後は、きれいな水で洗い、クリーニングクロスで表面を乾かし、保管ボックスに入れて保管してください。
- 有機溶剤やアルコールに直接浸さないでください。
